For all its faults, this lovely Colorado property is undeniably well ventilated. It catches a lot of light on sunny days, as well. However, if you want the place to last more than a year or two, you migt try moving some of those rocks to the cellar to stablize the floors. You'll be protected from intruders by the thorny landscape bushes in front. No stairs, inside or out. Bargain! |
